Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to lead our company’s visual representation across all touch-points. In this role, you will be the guardian of our brand identity, ensuring that our marketing materials, websites, mobile applications, and logos are not only aesthetically stunning but also highly functional. The ideal candidate possesses a mature portfolio that demonstrates a perfect balance between "attractive" and "practical." You are a versatile designer who can pivot from crafting a high-conversion landing page in Figma to editing a high-impact promotional video or animating a sleek UI transition.

Key Responsibilities

-      Brand Identity & Logo Design: Conceptualize and maintain a cohesive visual language, including logos, typography, and color palettes that reflect our company’s values and tech-forward mission.

-      UI/UX Design for Web & Mobile: Lead the end-to-end design process for our digital products. Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for iOS, Android, and Web platforms.

-      Marketing & Promotional Assets:Design high-quality digital and print materials, including social media assets, investor decks, event banners, and sales collateral.

-      Motion Graphics & Video Editing:Produce engaging video content and animations for product walkthroughs, social media campaigns, and internal announcements.

-      User-Centric Design: Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to ensure designs are optimized for user experience (UX) and technical feasibility.

-      Design System Management: Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma/Adobe XD to ensure consistency across different products and regions.

Minimum Qualifications

-      Portfolio: A mature and diverseportfolio showcasing professional-grade work in logo design, UI/UX, andmarketing communications. (Please provide a link to your website orBehance/Dribbble).

-      Digital Product Expertise: Deepexperience in UI/UX development for mobile and web applications.

-      Design Tools: Mastery of Figma(preferred) or Adobe XD. Advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

-      Multimedia Skills: Proven experiencein Video Editing and Animation (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Final CutPro).

-      Communication: Fluent English withthe ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders andnon-designers.

-      Practicality: A demonstrated abilityto create designs that are not just "art," but serve a specificbusiness purpose or solve a user problem.

Preferred Qualifications

-      AI Design Tools: Experience usingAI-driven design and asset generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly,or Canva Magic Studio) to accelerate the creative process.

-      Interactive Prototyping: Advancedmicro-interaction skills within Figma or tools like Protopie.

-      Front-End Awareness: A basicunderstanding of HTML/CSS to better collaborate with the development team.
