Office Manager
Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to spearhead the establishment of our brand-new tech hub. This is a full-time role designed for a "founding" operational member who can take a blank space and turn it into a high-performance, welcoming environment. As the first point of contact for our local team, you will blend strategic planning with hands-on execution. You aren't just managing a space; you are building the physical foundation of our company culture.

Key Responsibilities
- Office Launch & Infrastructure: Lead the end-to-end setup of the new office, including coordinating with interior designers, IT for network installation, and furniture vendors.
- Operations & Procurement: Establish and manage the supply chain for the office. This includes everything from high-end tech hardware and ergonomic furniture to daily kitchen supplies and stationery.
- Event Orchestration: Design and execute a variety of events, including monthly and quarterly team building events, holiday parties, and external job fais.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with cleaning services, security, catering, and maintenance providers.
- Front-of-House Excellence: Act as the face of the company for guests, candidates, and partners, ensuring a seamless and professional visitor experience.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the office operations budget, tracking expenses and identifying opportunities for cost-saving without compromising on quality.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education: A University Degree is required (Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred).
- Language: Complete Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for coordinating with our global headquarters and international stakeholders.
- High IQ: Sharp analytical skills to solve complex logistical problems, manage budgets, and optimize office workflows.
- High EQ: Exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate team dynamics, manage conflict, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in office management, hospitality, or a "founding" operations role is highly desirable, especially within the tech sector.
