Role Overview

The Knowledge & Communications Manager is responsible for capturing the vast flow of information generated by our technical and product teams and transforming it into organised, accessible, and professional assets. You will sit at the intersection of operations, engineering, and marketing, ensuring that our internal wisdom is documented and our external brand is consistently and accurately represented. This is a role for a "Synthesizer"—someone who can take complex data from a Big Data Engineer or a Cryptography expert and translate it into a clear internal wiki, a sleek presentation, or a compelling social media post.

Key Responsibilities

-      Information Harvesting: Actively monitor internal communications to identify critical information that needs to be preserved or shared.

-      Internal Knowledge Management: Build and maintain the company’s "Source of Truth" (e.g., Notion,Confluence, or an internal Wiki). Organize technical specs, process flows, and company policies.

-      Documentation Excellence: Work with the DevOps and Engineering teams to ensure technical documentation is up-to-date, readable, and structured.

-      Digital Presence & Website: Manage the company’s internet presence, including website updates, LinkedIn profile management, and ensuring the "Visual Designer’s" work is properly implemented online.

-      Media & Content Creation: Produce or oversee the creation of newsletters, company announcements, and promotional media. Translate "dry" technical achievements into engaging stories for stakeholders.

-      External Communications: Act as the gatekeeper for external-facing documents, ensuring all materials (investor decks, press releases) meet the company's high standards for tone and accuracy.

Minimum Qualifications

-      The "Translator" Ability: A unique talent for understanding high-level technical concepts and explaining them simply to different audiences.

-      Information Architecture: Deep understanding of how to categorize and tag information so it is easily searchable and logically structured.

-      Content Tools: Mastery of documentation platforms (Confluence) and basic familiarity with CMS tools (Webflow)and social media management.

-      Multimedia Literacy: Experience working with Visual Designers to produce infographics, videos, and presentations.

-      Flawless English: Exceptional writing and editing skills are mandatory, as you are the final filter for the company’s voice.

-      High IQ/EQ: The IQ to grasp complex systems and the EQ to interview busy experts and extract information from them effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

-      A degree in Communications, Journalism, or Information Science with a strong interest in Tech/Finance.

-      Technical Familiarity: Basic understanding of Git, Markdown, or HTML is a significant advantage.

-      Strategic Thinking: The ability to see "the big picture" and identify where information gaps are hurting the company’s efficiency.
