GFXBench 4.0 released for Linux

January 20, 2016

GFXBench 4.0 is now available for testing OpenGL performance of desktop GPUs with Linux.

As benchmarking 3D performance on Linux traditionally has some unique challenges, only few applications exist for this purpose on this platform. With adding Linux support, GFXBench 4.0 is the first benchmark on Linux that allows to compare GPU capabilities across the whole form-factor and power budget range of devices from mobile to desktop.

The aim of GFXBench is to reach true cross-platform and cross-API coverage: currently 3 graphics APIs and 5 operating systems are supported, not counting the upcoming Vulkan and DX12 support.

GFXBench for Linux can be downloaded from our website.
